Men’s Health Grooming Awards 2025 winners to shop

A grooming routine is an important part of every man’s day-to-day schedule. While maintaining haircuts and facial hair is important, many men are starting to jump on skin care trends, too. In fact, Google Trends saw an all-time high search in “men’s skin care” just last month, and it continues to spike today.
Thankfully, Men’s Health just dropped its annual Men’s Health Grooming Awards, which highlights the best of the best products. To break it down, the Deputy Editor of Men’s Health, Paul Kita, stopped by the 3rd hour of TODAY to share their top grooming essentials. And this year, Men’s Health says their testing had a lot of focus on “future-proofing” to help prevent and tackle a variety of skin and grooming concerns.
From red light therapy to hair loss serums, keep reading to see all of the highlights from the 2025 Men’s Health Grooming Awards. And if you ask us, some of these will be great gifts since Father’s Day will be here before you know it.

Wahl Self-Haircut Pro Clippers

Whether it’s for saving or convenience, Kita says a lot of men prefer to cut their own hair, and this clipper set is designed for self haircuts, making at-home trims easier and faster.
This clipper kit provides 12 combs, which allows you to evenly trim your hair from any angle. Plus, this version is cordless and rechargeable, so you don’t have to worry about wires getting in the way.
SickScience PowerCycle Scalp Treatment Serum

For the men struggling or worried about hair loss, Men’s Health reviewers and Kita say this scalp serum is much more than a hair growth product. “This scalp serum improves the strength, volume, and thickness of individual hairs thanks to bioengineered exosomes and biotin,” says Kita.
According to the brand, you should use this one time a day on damp or dry hair, however, they note that you’ll need to be consistent in use to see results.
Cleverman Energizing Face & Beard Scrub

This beard scrub provides gentle exfoliation with jojoba to prevent ingrown hair and moringa extract for deep cleansing without leaving your skin and facial hair feeling dry, says the brand. Kita says Men’s Health reviewers liked it for its cooling menthol effect, which felt refreshing on the skin.
Akt The Body Wash Concentrate

The brand calls this body wash a “triple threat” when it comes to skin care. The water-free formula is packed with prebiotics, squalane and vitamin E to nourish and hydrate the skin. Kita notes that it provides a rich lather and users loved the fragrance, especially the After Thunder option.
Plus, it comes in a “toothpaste size” tube, making it perfect for traveling, according to Kita.
Horace Anti Fatigue Under Eye Patches

Kita says these under-eye patches are the “secret weapon” to overcoming tired-looking eyes. “They help erase puffiness, dark circles and signs of fatigue in the amount of time it takes to drink your first cup of coffee in the morning,” he says.
The pack comes with five pairs, and the brand says the patches are formulated with glycerin for hydration. All you have to do is leave on for 15 minutes at a time, and Kita recommends placing them in the fridge for extra de-puffing.
Shark Beauty CryoGlow LED Face Mask

Men are even getting in on the red light therapy trend, which Shop TODAY loves to see. This LED mask from Shark Beauty has tons of skin benefits, including red, blue and infrared light therapy to target anti-aging and acne, cyro therapy to help with depuffing and more, says the brand.
Kita says while this may be a splurge, it’ll make a great gift for any guy “who’s really looking to take his routine to the next level and future-proof his skin.”

Sun Bum Daily SPF 50 Sunscreen Body Lotion

This winning sunscreen is so lightweight, it doesn’t even feel like you’re wearing an SPF, according to Men’s Health. It contains hydrating ingredients such as vitamin E and will provide moisture for up to 24 hours, says the brand.

This winner for “Best Razor” has Men’s Health raving about a close shave. It even includes an exfoliating bar to help remove dirt and have the facial hair stand straight for that close shave.
